Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you would like to withdraw from a course, please submit written notice by email at least three business days before the course begins to be eligible for a refund (less a $50 administration fee). Registration fees of $50 or less are non-refundable unless a course is cancelled by Business Learning Solutions. No refund will be made for cancellations received later than three business days before the course begins. Some exceptions to this policy apply (see below).
Business Learning Solutions is sometimes forced to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment or other reasons. If this occurs, a full refund is processed and sent to you automatically.
Transferring from one course to another or changing from one course to another offering of the same course within three business days of the course start date is considered a withdrawal and a new registration. The $50 administration fee for withdrawals will be charged for the transfer or change. Should a course be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions, no administration fee will be charged.
